HAPPINESS

Happiness is the mental and emotional state of an individual in which the mood and thinking goes into joyful phase and things start seeming better. Positive vibes encircle the person and pleasure is automatically felt. Happiness ensures better metabolism and blood circulation, thus ensuring better health and prosperous life.

If the person is happy, individual starts looking for the positivity. Simple and gloomy situations become enjoyable and fascinating. But if mood is down, the most glamorous and beautiful scenarios get dumb for that particular person. So basically situations are the same but it is our perspective how we take the things and respond to them.

Happiness can be literally anything. A person should try to find happiness in little things and situations that come across in our everyday life. Having a cup of coffee with your loved one’s can be happiness. A little kid can have the same happiness in getting an ice-cream that another can have in getting the Mercedes or anything bigger. Lives can be made much simpler and beautiful with contentment and finding happiness in the little things.

Contentment is a very important factor that leads to happiness. Obviously it is human nature to get more but desires should not take the form of greed and thirst. There should be a very balance between the desires and resources. One should look at the people who are living an underprivileged life and are still happy rather than looking at superficial creamy layer of society. Literally talking, money does not give happiness. There are a lot of damn rich people who could not even sleep without taking sedatives.

Positive thinking and generosity also ensure happiness. Life is too short to hold grudges and hatred. When we hate someone, actually we tend to destroy our inner peace as that person is always on our nerves. We should admire people for their abilities as God has gifted each and every person with some unique element. Hypocrisy and jealousy should be thrown away. Just be real to everybody and love the people around you. Your positive energy will make them do the same ultimately.

We should ignore the little annoying things around us. Good and bad people both exist in this world. So it is better to ignore some things as it is being said weak people take revenge, strong people forget and intelligent people just ignore. Peace of mind, contentment, optimism, love and affection are the ultimate tools leading to happiness and healthy lifestyle.

Be happy, eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids, meditate and exercise daily. Positive vibes will come out of you.
